What a Difference A Good Multivitamin Makes

I have taken a Women's Multivitamin most of my adult life. I thought I was improving my health by taking this supplement, and maybe I was. The problem is that the brand I have always taken does not list how much of each ingredient is in the product, so how I am supposed to know if it has a therapeutic benefit to me or if their product is full of fillers? Within days of taking the LiveGood Women's Multivitamin I could tell the difference. I just felt better. Makes you wonder what some of these companies are actually putting in their products!! I will never go back to the old brand again. LiveGood has proven over and over again that they have the best products, that they care, and that they want me to be able to afford these amazing products.
