Helps me control my pain

I suffer from pain in my shoulders, my knees, my hands from arthritis, I started using Factor 4 about 2 months ago, and now my pains are starting to feel somewhat better, I first started to notice my knuckles where starting to loosen up and less pain, same with my knees as long as I don't do anything stupid lol, I take 2 capsules a day, I'm going to add 2 more a day. I take it with my breakfast first thing in the morning, and with my dinner, I haven't had any after taste after taking the capsules, some get a fishy taste mostly because they don't have food first I would absolutely recommend this product to anyone with pains of any sort.
