Increased mobility

I've been taking these for over 6 months, I take them at lunch time along with my multivitamins and D3. I've improved my diet too, and now I no longer wake up feeling stiff and achy. I used to joke that I felt 80 in the mornings when I got up rather than my actual 52 years. My regular ankle pain flare-ups that I used to always get after long walks have stopped too, so I'm super happy 😄 I'm generally feeling more energetic with a spring in my step like I'm 20 years younger again! The capsules are quite large but are still easy to swallow with water, and they have no taste.
