Energy and clarity

I tried the methylene blue and noticed that I had more energy and more clarity. Most effective when taken as per direction. One option instead of dissolving the strip on your tongue is to dissolve it in a glass of water. Then you won't have Cookie Monster tongue. Dissolving in a glass of water will also avoid any possibility of staining any permanent dental work you may have in your mouth. The most benefit will be noticed after using the methylene blue over a period of a few months. Each order has enough strips to last you for a month. Another option you can try if your on a limited income is to cut a strip in half and the box will last twice as long.
