Fantastic sleep

I take two with a glass of water an hour before bed, I sleep like a baby!! I run a lot, I find this helps with recovery ,and keeps my ticker in tip top condition. I have run out in the past and boy did I see the difference ,less energy and focus and it affected my sleep(poor quality)So I now make sure I never run out!!Hands down the best magnesium I've taken, well worth the money and a hell of a lot cheaper than other brands that are filled with bulking agents. This product is clean and quality is second to none!!
