I’m back out walking again !

Submitted by Steve, sharing a real personal experience with Ultra Magnesium Complex.

I was really struggling to walk more than about 50 metres without stopping for around 30 seconds. I ordered some Livegood Magnesium tablets and take just 1 a day each morning.
Other people have questioned what has happened ? I am now walking much more freely without the need to keep stopping.
I’ve not changed anything else in my daily routine so have to attribute the massive improvement to the Magnesium tablets.
Another thing that I hadn’t actually realised until recently, I’ve not had cramp in my calf muscles whilst still in bed, long may that continue as we all know it’s horrible.
