Allowed me to be able to do a squat agian

Prior to switching to Livegood collagen peptides I was getting a collagen from a local health food store. It was typically hard to get and cost me around $70 for a month supply. I saw a little improvement in the mobility of my knees. I caught my entire life playing baseball up through college. When I stopped played I wasn’t able to do a body weight squat and get back up.
