First thing in the morning on an empty stomach I drink a glass of E3 instead of fresh O.J and just WOW it literally hits way better than those unhealthy energy drinks you buy in the shops. It tatses great, not too sweet and I literally make it up in a water bottle so I can have it with me throughout the day. I have totally ditched any other type of energy drink as this just makes you feel that good as you dont get the crash feeling an hour later. Would highly recommend for pre and post workouts too.
