Helps with muscle retention

I absolutely love this product. I never miss a day taking my Essential Aminos, it's non-negotiable for me. It helps me personally with a boost of energy in the late morning. I generally take this after my morning cup of LiveGood's Organic Coffee. I usually take Essential Aminos with Super Reds and sometimes E3 also. Knowing we need to retain muscle as we age, Essential Aminos helps with that. I've tried both flavors and both are great, but my preference is the Lemon Lime. Thanks LiveGood for bringing such high-quality products to us at affordable prices. Love all the LG products I have tried so far.
