Reduced Inflammation & Improved Mobility!

I have been using Factor 4 for approximately 8 months. I injured my shoulder/rotator cuff from falling down a set of stairs resulting in limited mobility of my right arm and I had notable pain and inflammation. When I stopped taking Factor 4 for a couple of months I noticed the discomfort returning. I started using Factor 4 again (2-4 capsules per day) and within a couple of months the improvement was notable. Obviously, physio and massages helped, but I believe the addition of taking Factor 4 every day was a game changer! I am looking forward to trying out other Livegood supplements.
