Four supplements combined in one capsule. These are large capsules containing Fish Oil ,Tumeric, CO Q10 and Garlic. In order to get therapeutic levels take one capsule in the AM and one in the PM. It has truly helped with my inflammation and circulation. The combination of these supplements in capsules is both cost effective and convenient . My personal experience was, after about 3 months, back muscle pains were diminished significantly. This reduction in pain and tightness continues to improve. I would suggest that those who want to improve their circulation, immune health and inflammation, give thls product a try!
