10 days before I was booked to have an epidural steroid injection into my spine for a bulging disc with surrounding cysts, I started to take the Shilajit & Seamoss, the day before my injection the debilitating symptoms had stopped completely, up to that point I was unable to walk 10 yards without electric shock like symptoms running through my entire legs. The surgeon went ahead with the injection as he was not convinced, that was 17 months ago and still no symptoms!! My spinal team are amazed because alone, the injection would only last 6 months max!! I’ve never missed a day taking this amazing product.
