I was skeptical

At 62 and well past menopause, I honestly didn’t expect hormones to still be affecting me the way they have. But over the past several months, I noticed my belly becoming much more bloated than it used to be. Areas that were never really a big problem for me started becoming more noticeable, too.
About six days ago, I started taking the Women’s Hormonal Balance Complex. I wasn’t expecting some overnight miracle, but I wanted to see if it could help while I continue working on my weight and overall wellness.
One of the first things I noticed was much less bloating. My stomach certainly isn’t flat yet—and my weight doesn’t exactly say “flat stomach” either 😂—but I feel so much better! And honestly, my mood has been really good. I don’t feel grouchy or like I’m fighting my emotions.
What I really like about this complex is that it’s designed for women from the time they begin ovulating, through menopause and beyond. Hormones can affect so many things when we have too much, too little, or changing levels.
I’m only six days in, so I’m definitely going to keep paying attention to how I feel and what changes I notice. But so far, I’m encouraged.
