For someone that doesn’t find it easy to take tablets I felt these were on the larger side also the taste was a little off putting, making be gauge in the mornings but the other meal times were bearable. It will be interesting to see if it’s something I can push through or if I will give up on as it suggests taking 2 x 3 times a day.
I have heard great things about this product and look forward to see some great results with it also. I just wanted to warn anyone that doesn’t do will with tablets this might not be the product for you.
