I have a greater chance of working better, just not longer. I usually use it around lunchtime. It’s keeps me more motivated to go to the gym after work and on my running in 5 and 10 is. It’s not only about the running and the distance but, the frame of mind to enjoy it more. I’m trying to increase my endurance and time for certain events and it’s working! I’m also competing in the senior Olympics because of using this. I run the 50, 100 and 200 yard in competition and winning.
I have the Nationals coming up and I will continue to use this product and program to keep going for years to come.
It’s also very helpful with my family so that I have the memory and energy and enthusiasm to keep up with all the fun and learning.
