Using magnesium for years so I knew it could help so when I joined livegood I changed to ultra magnesium and now I wouldn’t take anything else it’s so good I sleep for a good 6-7 hours a night again and feel like am getting enough rest again Thankyou Dr Rayn and livegood it’s made such a difference to my health and I can cope with my day a lot better now because am getting the rest I need again am so gratefull who would guess that by taking one dose a day the results would be life changing , If I having been sleeping and still wake up after only a few hours sleep I judt take another pill and within 30 mins I can drift back into a good sleep if I didn’t have it I would be awake for most of the night so am so glad I found this product
