I have problems with getting cramps in my legs during night time. I have used Ultra Magnesium Complex for several month and during that time I have never had any problems with cramp. I had to byu the pharmacys magnesium and now I know what a difference our first class, high quality products are contra others. With the pharmacys I got cramps and I got pain in my stomach so I am really, really happy now that I have my Ultra Magnesium Complex again. It gives me a better sleep, no cramping legs and no stomach ache. So tonight I am going to take LiveGoods magnesium I am going to have the best sleep again in 4 days. It took me only one night to feel the difference, it is crazy how good our products are. I recommend Ultra Magnesium Complex to everyone with problems with sleep or cramping legs!
