I never really knew how important of a role magnesium has in supporting my health. Its extremely easy to fit it in my day where I take two capsules about half an hour before going to bed.
I have the best sleep ever!! Normally I'd be up until between 1:30 to 2:00 am but this stuff really helps to relax me enough that I'm able to fall asleep by 12 because I feel sooooo relaxed!!
I highly recommend to take this product if you're not already. I know for a fact that I don't eat nearly enough food to maintain the recommended amount of magnesium and I feel fantastic knowing I'm fueling my body with proper nutrition to work at its optimal best!
