I love Protein as much as the next guy and the next guy should take this protein into consideration. I've never heard of colostrum before researching it online and I was amazed to see what it was. Apparently it's that kind of milk that's actually good for yourself as it's all about gut health which is something I realized is not in most other proteins powders. This powder has the ultimate taste good feeling and is truly good for your gut and muscles, it certainly helps me in the long run and at the gym. I REALLY RECOMMEND THIS! If you haven't got this product from LiveGood then you really should, please don't waste the opportunity of this protein as your gut AND muscles will thank you
