Helped me return to running exercise

I take the collagen peptides every morning with breakfast. I mix it in with milk and protein powder. It has diminished the aches and pains in my joints and legs to the point where I have been able to start a daily running regimen again. Previous to taking collagen I had stopped running as an exercise because of ongoing pain in my legs. This simple act of taking a collagen supplement every day has given me a new lease on life. Collagen is known to help with the health of hair, skin and nails. This has been obvious to me as my nails grow much more quickly these days resulting in me having to cut them much more often than in the past. Collagen is doing its job.
