When you live in the northern parts of the world you are covered with a lot of warm clothes a lot of the time. In Sweden we have approximatly 3 months with sunshine and when we can use our summer clothes. I have taken vitamin D for a long time. I was burned out and my Vitamin D levels were very low and that could have been the reason why I was a little low, almost depressed. I got some pills from the doctor and as a good patient, I took them. When I found these that are organic, I switched to LiveGoods Organic D3-K2 2000 and my levels are still high and within the range of good levels. The doctor still doesn't know that I don't take the pills she told me to take, from the pharmacy and I am not going to. I am very happy that these Organic D3-K2 works this good for me. I need them for my mood, I am not unhappy, sad and now I feel that things are funny again and I want to do nice and things I enjoy. I still take them in the summertime because it is important to me to feel as good as I can. So help yourself to vitamin D if you are living in Sweden or other northern countries.
