I have been taking Factor 4 since ive joined in 3 years ago and i put myself to test by not taking the Factor4 and other LG supplements
For 2 weeks. Well my PF started to flair up, hip pain and cramps on my legs in 2 occasions so i said I would never out of stock of Factor4 + the others. I can never work with my aches and pains I think that is due to my long standing period at work (I am an RN) so hip pain leg cramps and plantar fasciitis are very common for nurse even at tge yOung age especially if you dont supplement and eat proper diet. So at my age LIveagood are my savior supplements.
