I take two of the capsules every morning with breakfast. It is an easy routine to fall into and I wait until I have had four or five mouthfuls of food before swallowing the Liver Support capsules. My understanding is that the liver is the main vehicle in detoxing the blood of toxins we collect from the processed food we eat, water we drink and the very air we breathe. All the blood in the body circulates through the liver at least once a day. It is the least I can do to help the hard working liver to clear the unwanted toxins from my body. Such an easy routine to start and commit to.
