With having MS, I have tried, tested several magnesium’s. The Ultra Magnesium Complex has slowed down the restless leg that would start around 5:45pm, it has almost come to a stop. I would have them every day, sometimes through out the day, during the day is no longer happening. My sleeping is all night now. I also have a bit more energy as well!! I’ve been taking the Ultra Magnesium Complex for around 4 months now, it’s been one of the best moves from other magnesium’s that I have made!! I love that they give a certificate of analysis to show what is in the magnesium.
