I take my dose at night which is the best for optimal sleep, rest and rejuvenation. On top of supporting muscles and bone health? WIN WIN!!! I have used quite a few different supplements, and without a doubt, I can confirm that LiveGood are the cleanest, freshest, most amazing products I have ever used!!! Fillers? Nah. Harsh ingredients? Never! I fuel my body with the best. Why are we not doing MORE of this!? Because if you're not giving your whole self whole supplements, what are you even doing?? I absolutely promise you will not be disappointed. One hundred out of ten! Highly recommend!!!
