Greatly improved my sleep

Hello! I’m Mirela from Bulgaria. We take Magnesium at home every month. My mother is 87. She used to wake up at night with terrible leg cramps. Now she sleeps calmly — and honestly, so do I. I wake up rested instead of tired.
